To find the right cleaner to match your needs, our first step is always to have a detailed conversation with you. Using the information you’ve given us, we’ll assign a cleaner we think is right for you. To do this we take into account two important factors:

1. Your special requests. We base our selection on a number of things like whether you have pets, if you have allergies and preferences such as having a cleaner that speaks English fluently.
2. How close the cleaners live to you. Rather than assigning a cleaner who lives a distance away, we’ll try to match you with one of our professionals that lives nearby to allow for less time in Bellevue traffic and more time cleaning.

You will know who your cleaner is before they come to clean your home.

If you don’t plan to be home, you may provide us with keys beforehand, give us the codes to access keys in an outdoor lockbox or suggest any other method that is safe and convenient for you.

Payment for our cleaning services is easy and hassle-free. Once the cleaner has finished, you can pay with any major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. And if you’d like to show your satisfaction for a job well done, please feel free to tip your cleaner — cash usually works best.

If you have pets in your home, we’ll assign you one of our cleaners who is comfortable around pets. It’s important for us to have knowledge about your pets before we enter your home. For instance, do you prefer to leave your pet to roam free when the cleaner is in? If so, we’ll do our best to make sure they stay secure in your home. And if your pet has allergies, we’ll keep them out of the room while we’re cleaning. In short, we’ll do whatever we can to accommodate your four-legged family members. We advise, however, that if your pets are not stranger-friendly or if they tend to have accidents in the home when stressed, you should arrange to have them out of the house while the cleaner is in.

If you or someone in your family suffers from allergies, you know how problematic they can be. How your home is cleaned and what cleaning products are used can have a big impact on allergies and asthma. With this in mind, we only use vacuum cleaners with HEPA filtration systems – these systems are proven to help lessen airborne dust and debris that can aggravate allergies.

We also use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that don’t leave toxins behind as harsh chemical cleaners do. Additionally, we also use microfiber cleaning cloths that capture fine dust and debris and stop them from going airborne.

Respect for property and personal belongings is something we expect from all of our cleaners and they will treat your home and what’s in it with care. At Pure House Cleaning, we have specific policies regarding cleaning and handling personal belongings. Our cleaners are instructed not to physically touch items like art on walls or electronic equipment like computers, printers and televisions. They will dust them in place. Please advise us if you have any other specific instructions regarding items in your home or office and we will respect your wishes.
