We’d like you to know something about your cleaner before the start date, so we’ll share some information about them — their professional experience and personality. If you’re comfortable with our choice, we’ll schedule your time. At the time of booking, we take your payment details but don’t charge your account until the work is completed. After, we’ll send a payment confirmation email for your records.

When you appointment is scheduled, we’ll compile a list of house cleaning tasks you would like completed. On your scheduled day, your cleaner will arrive at the arranged time. If you are home — great– you’ll meet one another in person. If you don’t plan to be at home, we can arrange to be given your keys beforehand, provide access to your keys at a lock box or whatever way works best for you.

For your convenience, payment for services is hassle-free. Once your cleaning is completed, you can make your payment via MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Of course, if you would like to show gratitude for a job well done, feel free to give your cleaner a cash tip – we’re sure they will be grateful.

If you have pets at home, your cleaner will be comfortable with them. We ask that you give us advance notice if your pets are allowed to roam free in your home. That way, when your cleaner arrives, they will be on alert and not inadvertently let them escape. Also, if there are rooms the pets are not allowed in, please let us know. If your pets are not stranger-friendly or have anxiety issues, you may want have them out of the home during our visit.

For cleaning personal belongings our guidelines are specific: items such as art on walls and electronic equipment such as TVs, computers and printers will not be handled, but dusted only. If you have any other specific instructions as to how an item should be cleaned, just let us know in advance.

Although accidents are a rare event, they do happen. We are insured for any damage to your property and the details can be viewed on our FAQ’s page. In the event of damage, our approach is always to do everything in our power to repair or replace the item.
