Our first step is to select a cleaner that fits you personally. We’ll gather details about your preferences and expectations and any concerns you may have about your home. There are some concerns like having a cleaner who is comfortable around the family pets, or about the green products we use, specifically for allergy prevention. Or, perhaps you’ve had a bad cleaning experience in the past. We’d like to know those concerns as well so we can give you the best cleaning experience possible. The more information you give us, the better.

Now that we have your information, we start the selection process to choose your cleaner. Our criteria is simple:

1. First we check your preferences and include the cleaners who personally align with you– i.e. cleaners who are comfortable around pets for homes who have them or possibly those cleaners who speak fluent English if that’s important to you.
2. Then we narrow our search by selecting only those who live in your area. As traffic in Sammamish can cause delays, we want your cleaner to get there on time and spend as much time cleaning as possible.

We realize you value your home and that it’s filled with items that are very personal to you. We never take for granted the importance of being invited into your home to perform our service. Our experienced cleaners go through a careful selection process where only two out of every ten cleaners who apply will work with us. Maintaining these high standards is essential to their remaining with us. We trust in our team and will do everything we can to honor your trust.

Once we’ve chosen a cleaner for you, we’ll contact you with a list of possible start dates for you to choose from. We also want you to know about your cleaner before their scheduled visit, so we’ll share some information about them, their experience and personality at this time. If you’re comfortable with our selection, we’ll reserve your scheduled service. When we book your time, we’ll take your payment details.

We only charge after the service is completed and will send you a confirmation email for your records.

Before your scheduled service, we’ll compile a list of the house cleaning tasks you would like your cleaner to complete and provide them with that list. Your cleaner will arrive at your home at the scheduled day and time. Please allow for thirty minus before or after the scheduled time for traffic delays. If you are going to be home on that day, great, you’ll be able to meet your cleaner in person. If not, you can give us your keys beforehand, give us access to a lock box or arrange any other system that works best for you.

We make payment for services as stress-free as possible. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are made after the cleaning is completed. Please feel free to show your appreciation for a job well done by giving your cleaner a tip in cash — they will undoubtedly be grateful for it.

We do our best to match pet households with cleaners who are comfortable around them.  If there will be pets at home, please let us know if they are allowed to roam free. We will alert the cleaner so they will be aware and not let them out by accident. If your pet is not stranger-friendly or has anxiety, we advise you make arrangements for them to be out of the home during our visit.

With allergies on the rise, we do everything we can to clean consciously and use products and practices that eliminate toxins. Our green cleaning products are eco-friendly, biodegradable and safe for you and your family. We only use vacuum cleaners with HEPA filtration systems that are scientifically proven to help allergy and asthma sufferers. And to stop fine dust and debris for becoming airborne, our cleaners only use microfiber cloths.

Our cleaners will respect your property and clean with care. When it comes to your personal belongings, we have specific guidelines they follow:  for personal items like art on walls and electronic equipment like TVs, computers and printers, our cleaners are instructed to dust them only. If you have any particular instructions about cleaning your personal belongings, please let us know before your scheduled visit.
