Once we’ve reviewed your questionnaire and have a detailed understanding of your needs, we begin the process of assigning the right cleaner to you. Two factors determine our choice for you: your specifications, for example: pet-friendly, allergic conditions, time preferences and perhaps even a request for English-speakers only. Second, once we’ve narrowed the field, we take into account the proximity of those cleaners to your location and the other cleaning assignments those matches may have on that day. We want your cleaner to spend more time cleaning and less time stuck in traffic!

After these factors are considered, we will introduce you to a handpicked selection of qualified cleaners and propose the next available cleaning date depending on their availability.

You will know in advance who is coming to clean your home. We will briefly introduce you to you cleaner by sharing their professional experience, their personality and background.

We’ll also confirm your cleaning priorities in your home or office. On the day of the cleaning, the assigned cleaner will arrive at the agreed time. Please allow a 30-minute window to account for any traffic delays. If you are planning to be out of the home, you may provide us with the keys beforehand, organize a lockbox for us to access your keys, or suggest any other method that is safe and convenient for you.

Once the cleaning is completed, payment is simple and hassle-free. You can pay by check or with any major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. And if you would like to show your satisfaction for a job well done, please feel free to tip your cleaner – cash usually works best.

If you have pets, we automatically assign a cleaner who is a pet lover. It’s also very important to share specifics about how your pet is contained in your home. If you prefer to have your pet roam free when the cleaner is in, let us know us in advance and we’ll do our best to ensure they don’t get out. We also suggest that if your pet is not stranger-friendly or may be frightened, you board your pet the day of the cleaning. Due to hygiene laws, our cleaners are unable to clean pet waste. They will attempt to mop urine stains, but for deep stains, you may require the services of a flooring specialist.

With allergies becoming more widespread, it’s important to consider the types of products used when cleaning your home or office. Pure House Cleaning uses HEPA filtration vacuum systems which are proven to benefit asthma and allergy sufferers. All of our cleaning products are biodegradable and safe for us and our environment. We also use microfiber cleaning cloths to remove fine dust to prevent debris from escaping into the air.

Our cleaners treat every home with respect and care, including your personal belongings. To avoid accidental damage, we don’t physically touch certain items in your home. This includes art hanging on walls, electronic equipment including personal computers, TVs, printers, etc. Instead, we lightly dust those items without moving them. If you have any special care or cleaning instructions for high value or items of sentimental value, please let us know.

On rare occasions, accidents may happen during the cleaning process and belongings can be damaged. Please consult our FAQs for full details on what our insurance covers. You have our assurance that any damaged items will be replaced or repaired.
